Sleep & Performance Coach | Hong Kong

That wake-up call led me to study functional medicine, sleep science, and stress physiology — not in theory, but to help her heal. The results were so powerful, I applied the same tools to my own life… and eventually, to leaders across Asia.

Today, I guide professionals to reclaim their energy, sharpen their minds, and sleep deeply again — without medication, hacks, or sacrificing productivity.

Why My Approach Works

As a certified Sleep Coach in Hong Kong, I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” protocols.
Instead of generic advice or temporary fixes, I help professionals uncover root causes of poor sleep — whether hormonal, neurological, or lifestyle-driven — and build a strategy that actually fits their biology and daily reality.

Using my BioGuard Blueprint, we restore deep sleep, regulate the nervous system, and improve energy — without sacrificing your performance. Everything I teach is grounded in science, not trends.

This time I found a strategy that actually works for me. I incorporated supplements into my daily routine in a very easy way where I don’t have to think much about it. I prepare my capsules for the day in a small box, refill them every night, and always keep them in my purse.

It’s a small change, but it made a huge difference. I feel better, I drink more water, and it became effortless
